Top Service (Bobby) came out to give an estimate for a repair and the price for a new door and opener. We decided to get a new door and the side wall mounted opener. Bobby was on time and diagnosed my issue quickly. I needed a new torsion spring and didn’t realize how important the right spring is. I thought I got a good deal replacing my spring a few years ago and determined that it was for a non-impact door and I needed a much larger spring for my impact door. Bobby came right on time of appointment and explained what he had to do . He finished all promised work within an hour. New parts were the latest and he totally cleaned up after he was finished, then took almost a half hour to go over everything we had to know about new system . Would definitely recommend him for any garage door opener repairs or replacement s ! He also went over the possibility of a garage door replacement in the future and costs related . Very fair prices and great workmanship!
